Refund policy

We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged products.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at josh@bsnpool.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll send instructions and a return shipping label.

Please note: We do not accept returns for non-defective items, including sale items or gift cards.
